Conor Solner: A story to be told
I am a recent undergraduate student from Mount Saint Mary College. I transferred here knowing that I wanted to develop my mathematical skills so I pursued the bachelors degree in mathematics. While pursuing this degree, I became acquainted with a non-profit organization called SIMIODE. SIMIODE means systems initiative for modeling investigations and opportunities with differential equations. SIMIODE helped develop my mathematical background and my computer software engineering skills with Maplesoft. By utilizing these two specialized skills, I helped produce a mathematical model for SIMIODE in Maplesoft that is published by their Director. In the future, I look to get my masters in education and become a teacher so that I can be as helpful and knowledgeable as my teachers and professors have been for me throughout my high school and college profession.
